We offer a wide range of sorbets able to satisfy every clients’ request, beginning with the most classic and typical sorbet up to particular recipes of fatless products, without the by-products of milk or without saccharose and the addition of elementary fibre.
Sorbets are available in two versions, both in powder:

• Ready sorbets: bag of 1 kg. that has to be mixed with 3 litres of water.
• Concentrated sorbets: bag of 900 gr. that has to be mixed with 1 Kg of sugar and 5 litres of water.

Both types need a frozing machine; else, if an instantaneous solutions is preferred, we have available the new Party Sorbet (just in the lemon flavour): bag of 300 gr. for 1 litre of water.
